Elder Randolph Miller was born to Hazel P. Miller and the late Theodore Miller. He grew up in Kinston, North Carolina and is the youngest of two boys. Elder Miller left home to attend Fayetteville University in North Carolina. After leaving Fayetteville University, he joined the United States Army where he proudly served for 23 years until he retired in 2012. It was during his time in military service when he received the Lord Jesus as his personal savior and in 1991 he received the Holy Ghost at Trumpet in Zion. In 1994 Elder Miller received his Minister’s license while on assignment in Korea. Elder Miller was later ordained as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ in 2012. In May 2018, God revealed to Elder Miller and his wife and co-pastor, Evangelist Melissa Miller, that it was time to start walking in the calling of Pastor according to His heart (Jer. 3:15).  In July 2018, he and his wife, began the work of Transforming Faith Ministries, Inc. Elder Miller has served as Men’s Department President, Sunday school teacher, Member of the Board of Directors, Pastors Aide, Adjutant, and Young Adult Ministry (Y.A.M.) Mentor, at Word of Life Ministries, Inc. COGIC, under the leadership of Auxiliary Bishop Albert J. Mays, Jr.  Elder Miller has been married to Evangelist Melissa Miller since 1990. They are the parents of four children, three son, and one daughter; a son-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren. Elder Miller married Evangelist Melissa Miller in 1990. Evangelist Melissa Diane Miller was born to Lee M. Wolfe and the late Jo Ann Wolfe. She grew up in Fort Worth, Texas as an only child. Evangelist Miller left home at the age of 18 to join the United Stated Army where she served proudly for four years. It was during her time in service when she received the Lord Jesus as her personal savior and in 1991 she received the Holy Ghost at Life Line COGIC.  In 2001, Evangelist Miller was called into the ministry when the Lord led her to Jeremiah 1: 5-10, she did not accept the call until 2006.  During her tour in Baumholder Germany, Evangelist Miller began to actively walk in her call as an Aspiring Missionary.  She was later licensed in the Church of God in Christ as a Deaconess Missionary, then as an Evangelist Missionary in 2010. In May 0f 2018, God revealed to Elder and Evangelist Miller that it was time to start walking in the calling of Pastor according to His heart (Jer. 3:15).   In July 2018, she and her husband began the work of Transforming Faith Ministries Inc., where she serves as Co-Pastor. Evangelist Miller has served in the Hospitality Department, as an usher, church secretary, Mission’s Department, Adjutant, Young Adult Ministry (Y.A.M.) Mentor, Praise and Worship President, Choir President, Sunday School Superintendent, Bible Band President, YWCC President and Youth Department President. Evangelist Miller also served on the Special Projects Committee, the Strategic Planning Committee and as the choir president at Word of Life Ministries, Inc. COGIC, under the leadership of Auxiliary Bishop Albert J. Mays, Jr. She also serves as a Jurisdictional Marshall and the Elect Lady of the Evangelism Department of the Texas Western Jurisdiction COGIC under the leadership of Bishop Juan O. Lawson., Jurisdictional Prelate. Elder Miller married Evangelist Melissa Miller in 1990. They are the parents of four children, three son, and one daughter; a son-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren.
